ADD Bulgaria started in 2006 with remote metering of electricity, one of the first practical steps in the digital transformation of the energy sector. What began as a trading business became an integrator, and then a vendor with systems of its own. Those systems now reach millions of users and hundreds of settlements: smart meters, street lighting control, monitoring of the low-voltage grid and, since 2026, buildings. The clients are energy companies, municipalities and industrial enterprises, where reliability, security and steady support come first. GridBit is the product side of that work. The name first stood on the street lighting and grid monitoring systems. Today it covers the device management platform, the four systems and the DIN-rail hardware on this site.
